The summary status viewer gives you a glance view of the monitoring actions. The first pane shows any alerts that are currently active and may require attention, the second shows a list of recent errors and warnings reported by the monitoring operations. Finally the third list shows the monitoring actions due to take place in the near future. This is in addition to the status chart view of current state.

A full, more detailed view of all this information can be easily accessed to allow investigation of any problems reported.
