Site Vigil™ / Upgrade

Version 4.4 Build 49 - Some minor enhancements and fixes

This version is an incremental upgrade to Site Vigil builds 31 through to 49. Monitoring settings are forwards compatible from all these builds.

Configuration and data files are backwards compatible. Please backup your configuration settings (using the Export feature in Options screen) and configuration folder contents before upgrading.

Release date 12th December 2003.

It contains the following enhancements to existing functionality :

• You can get to the source background for an alert by double clicking on the entry in the alert viewer.
• The Site Position summary text has been simplified
• The Site Position summary result text is shown in larger bold text
• The rightmost list column will auto-extend to fill up available space when window resized
• The re-install option screen has been changed to clarify the use of response codes
• The list of previous spider scan results covers the last month not just the last week

The following fixes have been applied :

• If Site Vigil is busy performing scans, warn that it can not be paused
• Editing a watch on the root page '/' required the '/' to be re-entered
• The selection of a different referral display option changed selection back to the first entry
• Display hour glass when changing display pages in full configuration mode
• The alert activation option has been changed do that it does not take input focus
