Version 2.6 Build 38 - Faster scan and status indication

This version is an incremental upgrade to Site Vigil builds 37 through to 31.

Monitoring settings are forwards compatible from builds 37 through to 31.

Configuration and data files are not backwards compatible. Please backup your configuration settings and configuration folder before upgrading.

• Quicker report display - Doubly linked report log
• Schedule names show what is being monitored
• SVTray accesses registry unnecessarily
• Summary report displayed as HTML
• Allow schedule time of 'Never' for temporary suspension
