Version 2.5 Build 37 - Simpler Licensing, Installer Wizard and Wizard Help Panel

This version is an incremental upgrade to Site Vigil builds 36 through to 31.

Monitoring settings are forwards compatible from builds 36 through to 31.

Configuration and data files are not backwards compatible. Please backup your configuration settings and configuration folder before upgrading.
