Version 2.4 Build 36 - New style User Interface

This version is an incremental upgrade to Site Vigil builds 35, 34, 33, 32 and 31.

Monitoring settings are forwards compatible from builds 35, 34, 33, 32 and 31.

Configuration and data files are not backwards compatible. Please backup your configuration settings and configuration folder before upgrading.

Release date 19th June 2002.

It contains the following updates :

• Use Menu/Toolbar style GUI rather than buttons
• Support XP Theme GUI style
• Access and Ping monitoring listed together and not tied to a Site
• Provide tooltips for dialog controls
• Need hi-resolution icons for XP
• Context menu support for lists and graphs
• Separate tray window process to minimise size
• Allow same URLs to be scanned in different way at different times
• Proxy Explorer IP address should be greyed out when not applicable
• Analyse referral queries and show as word fields
• Cant edit multiple time fields (hours, mins) in one go
• Option to log when all scheduler scans begin and end
• Lite version should not have site monitor concept
• Log the add and remove of site monitors
• Suggest configuration files are placed under application data
• Make all the configuration pages stretch to user selected size
• Indicate start up delay for scheduler tray window
• Flash icon briefly when alerting
• Move Browser URL Info in status bar
• Bug : Need to have two bashes before get a traffic analysis scan going
• Bug : Focus on schedule list can be lost
• Bug : Busy dialog not modal to SVSched
• Bug : If fail to access page or site IP address wiped out
• Bug : Auto open new clicked browser groups
• Bug : Double click on a browser group should not give properties
• Bug : Detect socket disconnection via Proxies correctly
