Version 2.10 Build 34
This version is an incremental upgrade to Site Vigil builds 33, 32 and 31.
Monitoring settings are forwards compatible from builds 33, 32 and 31.

It contains the following updates :
- Toolt tip gives detail of Worker activity
- Convert Options page is split into a set of tabs - licence, settings
- New Browser utility to analyse the content of a web site
- Give link feedback cursor over hyperlinks in lists
- Allow user selection of period to report errors and referrals
- Analyses contents of HTML frames in web pages
- Watch graph improved
- Detects and reports corrupt report log file
- Schedule chart display has a day/week option
- The order of URL,Ping and Access scanning to be changed with Up-Down buttons
- A report is generated when product upgraded
- Sort order defaults to highest number first in referral list
- Edit URL/Ping/Access edit dialog has Apply button, and warning of losing changes
- Move the 'Break in activity' column so easier to see
- Robot sessions tracked to suppress duplicate reports over short time span
- Only record a watch access once within a single user session
- Edge triggered alerts (alert on initial raise and when cleared)
- Retires file open if in use for data files
- Report DNS errors separately from HTTP error
- In case of system crashes : periodically delete tmp files
- Reduce effect of internet caching by making direct HTTP loads, giving more accurate access times, especially for times for links.

- Initial display of online help by Wizard is replaced by a button to manually request it

- Bug: The Run External Program configuration may lose the path to the program
